My name is Mateusz Skibiński.
I am a dedicated leader with over 30 years of real-world leadership experience – starting long before “leadership” became a corporate buzzword.
At the age of 13, I completed Scout Masters training. At 19, I became Chief of Sailing Training, responsible for instructors and their students. That was the beginning of my journey into leadership, responsibility, and people development.
Based in Kraków, Poland, I have spent my career building teams, structures, and cultures grounded in trust, accountability, and results. I graduated from AGH University of Science and Technology and Opole University of Technology, and completed postgraduate studies at Łukaszewski University. I also hold more than 18 professional certifications across IT, leadership, management, art, and sports.
I naturally integrate analytical rigor with creative vision (HBDI profile).
This allows me not only to optimize existing systems, but also to redesign them for the future – combining data-driven decisions with strategic, long-term thinking.
I have led and delivered global projects across Europe, Asia and NA building teams and offices, migrating IT infrastructures, stabilizing critical operations, and delivering results that were often considered close to impossible.
Today, I partner with organizations and founders who need more than just IT management – they need a strategic architect who can build resilient systems, empower teams, and create structures that keep running – even when I’m not in the room.
